I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box! This is really a nice set of dishes – especially considering the price! The pattern is very nice, the glaze is beautiful and they are not heavy and bulky like stoneware tends to be. Although this isn’t the finest dinnerware, it also doesn’t cost $100 a place setting, and it sets a very attractive table. Don’t hesitate!

Upset over Broken Dishes!,
Six peices of my dinnerware came damaged. I believe if it was packaged right, most of it could have been avoided. You would think that a box that has dishes in it would have the world FRAGILE somewhere on the box! The box was way too big (a two person box) and arrived crushed all around. Besides the condition they arrived in, the dishes were nice. I don’t know if they will last long though for everyday use. I hope so. They are not too thin,which was one of my concerns when ordering. Very good for the price.
ADDED: Amazon is wonderful to work with! They took care of me. Would buy from them again.

What a great value! 12 place settings for $50! I was skeptical but this arrived yesterday and everything came in one piece and is beautiful! Perfect for Christmas dinner!
