This Corelle set is lovely, almost Italian in style. It’s also very inexpensive. The only thing that truly disappointed me upon opening the box was that the cups are stoneware, not traditional “Livingware.” As a result, I’m already short one cup, which shattered after hitting the floor. I do not understand why the cups weren’t made out of the same material as the dishes and bowls. Other than that, the dishes are light, attractive, stack easily in the dishwasher, and fit well in the cupboard.

Very nice – I got 4 sets of these and have used them daily. They don’t break when dropped on a linoleum floor(I have 4 boys and figured I needed dishes that could handle some abuse). Very good product!

This is my first experience with Corelle. I’d always heard they were chip resistant and tough dishes – perfect for families with kids. I purchased 3 sets. We had 1 plate chip with the first use and a bowl’s paint came off in about a 2″ section within a week. On the flip side, Corelle will replace for free any pieces that chip or are defective. The smaller plate is very small, even too small to use as a salad plate. I probably wouldn’t purchase this set again. I do like the pattern though and the colors are bright and cheerful.

I love these dishes. I can fit a few sets in my cabinets, they look nice on the table–and they wear well, without chipping. Food heats evenly when you use them in the microwave–and the heat of the microwave does not mar the finish at all. (I won’t heat in plastic.) I tried china for everyday use, and it always chipped and the finish would mar. I gave away my stoneware–too thick and heavy, and terrible for using in the microwave. I needed something that was pretty and versatile–Corelle is it.

These dishes were all that I expected and more. I have a house full of kids, and have owned Corelle before and it has fared well even with 6 children. I was looking for something fresh that matched my color scheme so I ordered 3 sets of the Casa Flora dishes. These dishes are great! The plates and bowls stack very neatly in the dishwasher without taking up unnecessary space. The cups fit nicely side by side in the top rack and also don’t take up unnecessary space. The cups also fit in the bottom rack completely over the tines so they are not clanking around. The cups are ceramic unlike the plates and bowls. However, I was very pleased with the capacity of them and handles. My husband has large hands and can comfortably pick up the cup unlike the normal Corelle cups. The dishes stack just as nicely in the cupboard too. The pictures do not do the pattern justice. There are multiple shades of blue over the yellow and we found some inexpensive dark blue glasses that look lovely with the dishes. Wish me luck with the glasses…they aren’t Corelle! The only complaint I received (from the kids) was the small plate was too small. It’s the perfect size for toast, but too small to put more than one waffle on as the syrup has no place to go but over the edge. I think they will live.
