I bought this dinnerware a month ago, and I give it 5 stars all around! I received the items very promptly from Amazon and everything arrived in perfect condition. The dinnerware is lightweight and durable with a lovely sprig of buttercups on it. The dinner and luncheon plates are a generous size and their shape keeps dining neat. The corners are rounded square and they slope down to a round center. This is very helpful when you have sauce or gravy on the plate. Rather than fall off the plate, it goes down to the center. The soup/salad plates are also square and they hold a regular can of soup nicely. The cups are easy to hold and they have a buttercup design on each side, which you can’t see in the picture. I use this dinnerware everyday and it makes casual dining feel elegant!

Very pleased with the Corelle Square 16 piece Dinnerware set. We ordered two sets giving us service for eight. This set replaced another set of Corelle dinnerware that was 20+ years old and still going strong. We just wanted to update hence the replacement(but still keeping the old stuff for backup because it still looks great and continues to do the job).
First thing I noticed was that the pieces were just a little bit thinner than the set it replaced, time will tell whether or not this will have any impact on durability. They come with an unbeatable guarantee. You break it in normal use, they replace it. One of the dinner plates arrived with a small chip on the plates edge. One call to Corelle was all it took to have a very well wrapped replacement FedExed to us. Corelle brand dinnerware has been around a long time and we can attest to it’s long term durability. They can handle any day to day abuse and come back for more.
I noticed in other reviews that some folks complained about the dinner plates not fitting in their cabinets. If you have 11″ the plates fit just fine. We don’t have oversized cabinets and everything easily fits with room to spare.
All in all I can, from long term past experience, highly recommend Corelle Dinnerware.

These are wonderful for everyday use. I bought a set for my in-laws; they’re extremely pleased and use the plates almost everyday!
One thing I must say though… One of the plates was broken in the box when it arrived. I was going to notify Amazon, but it turned out that the set was complete. Somehow there was an extra plate in the box!

I like this set. However, I wish cups washed more easily-I always end up having to wash them by hand because tea residue won’t go away. The plates are very elegant.
