Review by K. Keller for Kitchen Supply 8090 White Porcelain 20-piece Dinnerware Set
Rating:
The first box I opened contained the coffee cups and my first thought was, “This is a child’s dish set”! I’m very disappointed.
Cons:
*Too small! The dinner plate is 10 inches, the salad/dessert plate is 8 1/4 inches both with a rather wide rim. The coffee cups barely hold 4oz – probably fine for cappuccino or espresso but who normally drinks only 4oz of coffee at a time?
*Manufactured in China
Pros:
*Nice feel – between a stoneware and fine porcelain*Shapes of the coffee cups and cereal/soup bowls are appealing
*Very white
These will have to be returned and I will purchase the Chef’s Whites set from Chef’s catalog. They clearly list the dimensions of their products so you know what you are purchasing.
