I already owned and liked this Mikasa set but needed to add some extra pieces to it. The order from Amazon came with two pieces that had broken in transit. However, your customer service rep was very helpful and agreed to immediately discount the price I had paid to reflect the broken pieces. I also had the option of shipping it back to you for a full replacement set.

I received this product– 2 pieces broken- a plate and a bowl…til this day never received the “mikasa italian countrysde.” I emailed amazon just requesting an exchange, and yet have not heard a word to this very day…
I will never use amazon again, I have been using ebay and very pleased with their service..
