This pitcher is smaller then I wanted but the shape is very sweet. I’m not sure how sturdy it is since you can see the seem of where they merged the 2 sides together from the mold in processing but for the price, I’m very happy.

This is a beautiful pitcher. It’s a perfect size too. I am very happy with the weight as well. Looks a lot better than my old plastic one!

I just got this item in the mail last week, and it already had a stress crack by the handle! The crack seeps, I was really disappointed…usually I am all about EVERYTHING that Target sells, but this time I was a little bummed! It will now go on top of my kitchen cabinets with some pretty silk flowers or something…because I do think it is very pretty. (PS~ I was even really careful with it because I wanted to preserve it’s look.)

Understated elegance is what this pitcher contributes to the table, whether you have filled it with a beautifully colored punch chocked full of floating exotic fruits or a small armload of wildflowers.
The Acapulco Pitcher is HAND MADE! and is absolutely beautiful. It IS delicate and must be hand washed and great care must be exercised when handling and storing this item, as it is 100% pure hand-done glass, but the overall look and effect is absolutely stunning.
Frankly, I bought this because it reminded me of my mother’s KoolAid pitcher from when I was a toddler, but fell in love with it all on my own. Just remember not to fill this all the way. The handle placement suggests to me that it will not take the stress of a lot of weight; meaning that if it is filled too full, it may cause the glass to break near the handle.
I’m using this with Libbey’s Radiance glass set and it looks maaaaaahvelous!

I have had this (Kool-Aid-Style) pitcher for about 2 years and it gets daily use. We keep it in the refrigerator filled with Peach Tea (2 Quarts) and it gets refilled 2 to 3 times a day. It is not as beautiful as the $50 one we had before (The old one cracked when we filled it with tap water, while it was still hot from the Dishwasher). But this much cheaper one has done well, even with our granite countertops. Some times it hits the counter hard enough that it sounds like it should break, but so far so good.
The seam was a bit of a letdown, compared to the $50 one it is not as beautiful. But you really do not notice it when using it. So I say good value for the price.
