We are not easy on dishes — too many teens eating off the plates and knocking them around the kitchen. My last set — bought at Pier One — was chipped up within one month of purchase. These dishes take the knocks and remain intact, and they look great, too. The plates have a tipped up edge, which helps with keeping spills to a minimum. The cups are a good shape — fitting easily in a cupboard and with handles that fit well in one’s hand. The bowls hold several ladles of chili or soup. Great purchase!

Beautiful Earthtone colors,
I bought the Mahogany Pointe set, It is as pictured, they are a little on the heavy side but seem to be built well, They do not get hot in the microwave, like other sets of dishes(different brands) Which is very important. I have been burned by other brands many times. I love these, I just hope I can find serving dishes and glasses to complement these beautiful dinner place settings.

Beautifull set,
This set is as pictured and described. This set is good quality, the color is great. The circles pictured on the plates have a raised pattern making little ridges which I was not expecting. This set is on the heavy side but not bad. They perform well in the microwave and are not too hot to handle. Would definately recommend.
