I saw this dish set at Bed Bath and Beyond, so I knew I was getting a good set of dishes but at a much better price. The pieces in the set are large, which I like but others may not. The dinner plate barely fits in my cabinet. We ordered several sets so they arrived in multiple boxes. In two of five boxes, the dishes were completely in pieces. I emailed Amazon and they refunded one dish set immediately as they said they had none in stock. The completer set was also broken, but they were able to get another set out to us and it arrived in one day. Overall, I was very impressed with the way our issues were handled. Customer service does still exist!
