  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese about 26 grams

  • 1-2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Keto pizza crust:

  • 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese (roughly 1 1/2 cups)
  • 3 ounces blanched almond flour (roughly 3/4 cup)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese (4 tablespoons)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Optional Greek style toppings (or use your favorite toppings):

  • 2 ounces finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 ounces mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 2 ounces kalamata olives chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 roma tomato chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Crust:

  • 4 ounces Happy Farms cream cheese softened
  • 4 Goldhen large eggs
  • 1/3 cup Countryside Creamery heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 cup Priano freshly grated Parmesan cheese divided
  • 4 ounces Happy Farms mozzarella cheese shredded or chopped

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons Carlini olive oil
  • 1/2 small onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Countryside Creamery heavy cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon Stonemill dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste

Topping:

  • 4 ounces Happy Farms mozzarella cheese shredded or chopped
  • fresh sliced tomato about 1 cup, optional
  • leaves Little Salad Bar baby spinach about 1 cup, optional
  • no sugar bacon 3 slices, cooked and chopped (optional)

  • 1½ cups part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz full fat cream cheese, cut into chunks
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp oat fiber (or 2 tbsp whey protein powder or 1/4 cup more almond flour)

Toppings

  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (5 oz /150 g)
  • 1/2 cup store bought marinara sauce (I like Rao’s) (4 oz/113 g)
  • 20 slices pepperoni slices (or as much as you’d like) (1.5 oz/43 g)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 1/2 cup part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese

Spinach Artichoke Dip (serves 6, use half)

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)
  • 8 oz frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 1 x 13.75 oz can artichoke hearts
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper

Additional Cheese

  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
