When you are looking at how to make a smoothie without a blender, you are probably quite curious about the process. There are times when you want a smoothie, but a blender is not present, so you have to use other appliances to do it.

Your juicer and food processor are two ways to make a smoothie without ever needing a blender. You can also use a food mixer for certain smoothies.

Some people simply prepare the fruits and vegetables and then use chipped ice and a spoon to turn their drink into a smoothie.

The key is creativity. Your blender is certainly convenient, but if you find yourself traveling and need a smoothie, simply use the methods mentioned above to create a delicious smoothie.

Use the following recipes because they are proven to work well as blender-less smoothies.

Bananas are already soft, making them easy to turn into a smoothie. Smash up the banana well using a fork to get it to a soft consistency.

To create the smoothie, add some small ice chips and the milk of your choice. Mix all of these together using the fork until the consistency matches that of a smoothie.

Oranges and strawberries are packed with vitamin C, making this a great smoothie when you are under the weather.

Start by juicing two oranges and then grind up eight strawberries in a food processor. Pour both of these into a glass and fold in two tablespoons of plain yogurt to finish the smoothie.

How to Make a Kiwi and Mango Smoothie Without a Blender

Both ripe mangoes and kiwis are soft, making it easy to turn them into a smoothie when you do not have a blender lying around. You can use a fork to smash the kiwis and mangoes, or a food processor, depending on your preference.

Once these are smashed up, add some small ice chips and either stir them in with the fork or put them into the food processor to create a smoothie consistency.

How to Make an Apple and Carrot Smoothie Without a Blender

To start this smoothie, you have to juice two apples and three carrots in your juicer. Once you have the juice, you can add two tablespoons of plain yogurt to the glass and simply stir until you get a smoothie consistency.

You can also skip the yogurt and add some ice chips, stirring them into until they melt and thicken the juice to a smoothie consistency.

How to Make a Green Smoothie Without a Blender

You have to run the following ingredients through your juicer to start this smoothie:

  1. One green apple
  2. One stalk of celery
  3. Half cup of fresh kale
  4. Half cup of fresh spinach
  5. One fresh lime
  6. One fresh kiwi
  7. Half cup of green grapes

After you have the juice, put it all into a glass. Now, take a half of a fresh avocado and smash up the soft insides. Fold the smashed avocado into the smoothie so that it thickens up and becomes the consistency of a regular smoothie.
