Avocado Green Tea Power Shake- Low Carb And Gluten-Free
Ingredients
  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 2 tsp Swerve Sweetener or granulated erythritol

  • 1½ cups of low sodium tomato juice, chilled

  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • ½ small banana (frozen, then softened slightly before using)
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 2-3 drops vanilla
  • sweetener to taste

  Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond milk or cow’s milk
  • ¼ cup regular oats
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup bluberries
  • 1 tsp ground flax
  • 100g Greek yogurt (vanilla or coconut flavoured)
  • Ice cubes
  • Homemade granola for topping, optional

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 4 – 6oz Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  Ingredients
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (big handful), fresh may be used although ice may be necessary
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream (use your favorite milk or vegan milk, i.e. coconut milk cream, soy cream, etc.)
  • sweetenter, to taste (sugar, stevia, agave, etc.)

9. Key Lime Pie Protein Shake

Key Lime Pie Protein Shake
  Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbs Lime juice (fresh or bottled, I personally like key lime juice best!)
  • 5-10 Ice cubes (Depending on how thick you like it, use less for a thinner consistency)
  • 1/2-1 cup Water (Alter this according to desired consistency)
  • 2-4 pkts Stevia (or 1/4-1 tsp sweetener of choice)
  • 2-3 drops Green food coloring, or a handful of spinach to make it green!

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp sugar equivalent I used 1 Tbsp + 1/2 tsp Pyure All-Purpose
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries or other low carb frozen berries

  Ingredients
  • ½ cup lemon juice or juice of 2 lemons
  • ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons collagen (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon Now Brand Stevia Extract or 2 “doonks” of Trim Healthy Mama Stevia Extract
  • 2 pinches Himalayan salt or mineral salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon glucomannan
  • 3 cups ice cubes (around one full ice tray)

  • 1/2 cup fresh cherries, pitted or frozen and thawed
  • 1 cup Silk unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1/3 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp berry or chocolate liquid stevia
