Ingredients
  • 2 medium cucumbers or 3 small ones
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar or vinegar of choice (omit for regular chips)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or more if needed

Ingredients
  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 2 cans wild-caught white albacore tuna, drained
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • ¼ cup white onion, finely diced
  •  ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 T olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup hot sauce (I prefer Frank’s Red Hot)

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill coconut flour (spoon into the cup measure – DON’T pack)
  • 1/2 cup Sukrin 1 (or Swerve Granulated)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 5 oz zucchini, about 1 small-medium

Melt Together

  • 4 oz butter or 4 oz ghee
  • 1 ounce (30 g) unsweetened baking chocolate

Wet Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia glycerite
  • 1/4 cup Lily’s Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips or your fave

Ingredients
  • 1 large head of cauliflower , firm not old and floppy
  • 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  •  Black pepper
  • Oil spray (I use olive oil)
  • Finely chopped parsley , for garnish, if desired

Crust:

  • 1/2 cup / 50g grated parmesan , the sand-like type
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs    
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano or thyme
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
